At Tito's Handmade Vodka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your merchandise; if your gear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all returned items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip or a printout of your return confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
